An ISO 9001:2000 company today, Chandy's Constructions began in 1994 by a dynamic youngster who had nothing much except his determination and passion to realize his dreams. The visionary saw a rare opportunity for high quality property development in Kottayam District.

Having foreseen the funding required for residential and commercial needs in Kottayam today, the young man joined with his brothers, entered into construction in 1994 in a small way. Today, the vision that he saw 15 years back has been fulfilled. Chandy's Homes was formed in 2007 to provide eco-friendly quality living for people who would like to settle in Kottayam District.

Not a lot, but we can confidently say that we have developed over 25,000 sq ft of top notch residential and commercial spaces with a land bank of over 25,000 sq ft within this short span of time.
